Delete Your Account & Data
At Tyvaq, we respect your privacy rights and provide users with the ability to request the deletion of their personal data.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your Tyvaq account and associated personal data, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
To help us identify your account, please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your full name (if available)
- The authentication method used (Email, Google, or Facebook Login)
What Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification of your request, we will delete:
- Your account information
- Profile information
- Associated application data stored by Tyvaq
- Authentication records managed by our systems
Data Retention
Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, fraud prevention requirements, security obligations, or legitimate business purposes. Any retained information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Processing Time
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
