You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activities occurring under your account, and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the operation or security of the Service, upload malicious software or harmful code, use automated systems to scrape or exploit Service content, impersonate another person or entity, or upload content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.

The Service may integrate with third-party providers including Google, Facebook, Firebase, and Google AdMob. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Tyvaq is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. Advertising partners may collect information as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that ad content is provided by third parties and Tyvaq is not responsible for advertised products or services.

9. Paid Features and Subscriptions

If premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases become available, pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase. Payments will be processed through the applicable platform provider. Subscription renewals may occur automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play, where applicable.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, threaten the security of the Service, or infringe the rights of others. Following termination, some information may be retained as required by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TYVAQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, AND ACCURACY OF RESULTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TYVAQ AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tyvaq and its operator from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
